IMPORTANT NOTICE: This product is slightly different from Bandai Hobby model kits, and we recommend opening the box immediately upon arrival and checking to make sure all components are present and complete. If this gets thrown in the backlog and left unopened, the chances of receiving replacements for defective or incomplete units become zero. Since this item is not distributed by Bandai Namco Toys & Collectibles America, it is not eligible for traditional Bandai replacement services. Any defects need to be brought to our attention as soon as possible.

Additionally, please note that some parts may not fit perfectly; SMP kits can sometimes have tight joints and pegs, so some sanding may be required during assembly. This particular issue does not constitute a defect. Take care during assembly and don't force parts together.
